Sonal holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has over 10+ years of experience in the field of psychology and counselling.
She began her professional journey at the age of 22 with an NGO, working with people from varied backgrounds, including survivors of rape and sexual assault, students, and older adults. Her work later expanded across training and counselling, school counselling for nearly two and a half years, corporate counselling for approximately two and a half years, and support for individuals living with chronic health conditions.
These experiences have shaped an approach that is compassionate, practical, individualized, and grounded in the belief that no two people experience life in the same way.
